Which packs get RetraBurn free shipping?
Two of the three packs do. The three-bottle pack at $207 and the six-bottle pack at $294 ship free inside the United States. The two-bottle pack at $158 adds $9.99 for shipping.
The offer is for orders inside the US. The shipping page says orders leave from the United States, unless the seller's own checkout says otherwise for a particular address. The checkout shows the shipping line before you pay, so you see the final figure first.
There is no one-bottle pack on this site. The smallest pack is two bottles, which covers 60 days at one dropperful a day.
How does RetraBurn free shipping change the price per day?
RetraBurn free shipping is easy to overlook when you compare the pack prices, because only one pack pays for it. Fold it in and the order of the packs stays the same, but the gaps change.
The two-bottle pack costs $167.99 once shipping lands. That is $84.00 a bottle, not $79, and $2.80 a day. The three-bottle pack is $69.00 a bottle and $2.30 a day. The six-bottle pack is $49.00 a bottle and $1.63 a day.
Put another way, the three-bottle pack costs $39.01 more than the two-bottle pack in total and gives you a third bottle. The fee is the reason the middle pack looks closer in price than the sticker prices suggest.
Free shipping on the six-bottle pack comes with a trade. It is six months of a product you bought before you know whether it suits you, and the 60-day window covers one third of it.
What happens after you order with RetraBurn free shipping?
The order follows a fixed sequence, even though the timings are not published. A confirmation email arrives with the order ID. The parcel is dispatched, and the guarantee clock starts at that point, at 60 days. A tracking number follows by email.
A tracking number often exists before the carrier has scanned the parcel. A page that says nothing for a day is normal. Gaps of a day between scans are routine too.
When the parcel arrives, check the seal first. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Then compare the bottle with the panel on the supplement facts page and look for lot RET-26/TH-2877 where the bottle shows it.
What if the RetraBurn parcel is late or missing?
Call the order team on +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID. The team can see the shipment record and is the only party that can raise a query with the carrier. The website email reaches the people who write the pages. It cannot see orders.
Call if tracking has shown no scan for several days. Call if the carrier says delivered and nothing is there. Check with neighbours and the building first. Call too if the parcel comes back to sender or the address on the confirmation is wrong.
Keep the order ID and any tracking number in one place. They are the two things the team will ask for first.
How does free shipping affect the guarantee window?
With RetraBurn free shipping or without it, the 60-day money-back guarantee counts from the date of shipment, not from the day the parcel arrives. Days in transit are days of the window. That is a normal arrangement and it is not a large amount of time, but it is a reason to note your ship date.
Opened bottles count. If you want to test the product and still have time to send it back, plan your decision well before day 60. Details are on the guarantee page and the refund policy page.

Our view
RetraBurn free shipping is a fair offer, and it is clearly limited. If you want the two-bottle pack, add the $9.99 to your sums. If you are leaning toward the three or six bottle pack, remember that free shipping is not a discount on the product. It simply removes one fee.
The better question is how long you want to try the product before you commit. Match the pack to that answer, note your ship date, and keep the order ID safe.
