RetraBurn Official Website › Privacy Policy
Privacy PolicyRetraBurn Privacy Policy
These pages are flat files with nothing behind them. They set no cookie of their own, load no analytics script and send nothing anywhere while you read. The one outbound request a page makes is for its typefaces. Everything to do with a purchase happens on the seller’s checkout, which is a separate system with its own record of what you bought.
What this website holds, what the checkout holds, and how to ask either of them for it.
What the RetraBurn website itself collects
Seven things a reader might reasonably ask about, each with a flat answer.
| On these pages | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cookies set by this website | None. Nothing is written to your browser to recognise you between visits. |
| Analytics and tracking scripts | None are loaded. The single script on the page runs the menu, the reveal on scroll and the order bar at the foot of the screen. |
| Advertising or remarketing pixels | None. Nothing on these pages reports your visit to an advertising network. |
| Forms | There are none that transmit. The contact page gives two addresses and a telephone number, which are the whole of it. |
| Server logs | The company hosting these files keeps ordinary request logs, as every web host does: an address, a time, a page and a browser string. |
| Webfonts | Roboto Slab and Titillium Web load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to that service when a page opens. |
| Email you send | A message and its address are held for as long as it takes to answer it and to keep a record of the answer. |
This table describes the pages you are reading. The checkout is a different system and the section below covers it separately.
Reading this website is close to anonymous, and that is a consequence of how it is assembled rather than a promise anybody is making. A site built as static files with no database has very little to collect even where the intention exists.
Two qualifications belong beside that. Your internet provider and the host of these files can see requests, which is true of every page on the web and is not something a privacy policy can undo. And the webfont request means Google receives a call from your browser when a page opens, which is worth knowing if you block that sort of thing by habit.
Nothing above is a substitute for the seller’s own policy. The moment you press an order button you leave these files for a checkout this desk does not operate, and what happens there is governed by the terms displayed there.
Where RetraBurn card details are entered
Four parties hold something, and one of them is not this website.
On the seller’s checkout, and nowhere else. No page on this website has a payment field, a card form or a server capable of accepting one.
An order button here carries you to that checkout. From that point the record of what you bought, the name and address it ships to and the card that paid for it live in the seller’s system. The order desk on +1 (877) 257-0710 reads from that record, which is why it can find a parcel and this website cannot.
What this desk sees of an order is limited to what the fulfilment record shows: the pack, the shipping address, the lot that went out against it and the refund state. It does not hold your card number, and nobody at either desk will ask you for one. A caller asking for a full card number is not this desk.
| Held by | What | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| The seller’s checkout | Name, shipping address, email, order contents, card authorisation handled by its payment processor | As that system’s own policy provides |
| Theretraburn | Order reference, pack, shipping address, lot shipped, refund state | As long as the accounting and the guarantee window require |
| This website | Nothing. There is no database behind these files | Not applicable |
| Your card issuer | The transaction line on your statement | As your bank provides |
Four parties, and the third one is the pages you are reading.
That division is the reason the routing on the contact page matters. A privacy request about these pages goes to [email protected]. A request about what the order system holds has to go to the desk that can see it.
The third parties involved in a RetraBurn visit
Five parties can be involved, and only two of them before you buy anything.
| Third party | Why it is involved | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| The web host | It serves these files | An address, a time, a page and a browser string, in ordinary request logs. |
| Google Fonts | The two typefaces load from it | A request from your browser when a page opens. |
| The seller’s checkout | It takes the payment | Everything you type into it: name, address, email and card, handled by its own payment processor. |
| Your card issuer | It authorises the payment | The transaction, as it would see any other. |
| The carrier | It delivers the parcel | The name and address on the label, and the tracking events against it. |
Five, and only the first two are involved in reading a page. The other three appear only once an order exists.
Nothing here is shared with anybody for advertising, and no audience is built from these files for anyone to target later. That is not a policy position so much as a description of a website with no tracking code on it.
The two entries worth a second look are the host and the typefaces, because they are the only ones that apply to a reader who never buys anything. Neither is avoidable without serving the site from nowhere and setting it in a system font, and both are named here rather than left to be discovered in a network tab.
If either matters to you, the plain-text factsheet at llms.txt carries the same product facts as the pages do, in a file that loads nothing at all.
How RetraBurn order data is kept, and for how long
Two records, two holders, and how long each of them lasts.
Two records exist after an order and they are held by two different parties.
The seller’s checkout holds the purchase: name, shipping address, email, what was bought and the card authorisation, the last of which sits with its payment processor rather than with anyone who answers a telephone. That system’s own policy governs it.
Theretraburn holds the working record the order desk reads from: an order reference, the pack, the shipping address, the lot that shipped against it and whether a refund was issued. It is kept while the 60-day window is open, and afterwards for as long as the accounting behind a sale requires.
Neither record is sold, rented or handed to a marketing list. An email you send to either address is held in the mailbox it arrived in until the question is settled and a record of the answer is no longer useful.
A request for a copy, a correction or a deletion goes to whichever desk holds the record, and the steps for making one are immediately below.
How to make a RetraBurn privacy request
Four steps, and the one request that has a real consequence attached.
Decide which desk holds what you are asking about
Anything about an order is held by the order desk on +1 (877) 257-0710. Anything about an email you sent this website, or about the pages themselves, is held at [email protected].
Say what you want done
A copy of what is held, a correction to it, or its deletion. Naming the outcome saves an exchange, because the three are answered in different ways.
Give enough to find the record
For an order, the order ID. For an email, the address you wrote from. Neither desk can search on a description of a message.
Expect a reply inside thirty days
Most are answered inside a week. A deletion that would break an accounting record or a live guarantee window is explained rather than performed silently, and the explanation says which of the two it was.
Deletion has one genuine limit and it is worth stating before anyone asks. While the 60-day guarantee window on an order is open, the record of that order is what makes a refund possible. Deleting it closes the window by removing the evidence that it exists, so a request made inside the window is answered with that choice put plainly rather than acted on by default.
Children, and who this RetraBurn website is written for
One paragraph, because there is one answer.
This website is written for adults. The label rules out anyone under 18, so the product is not sold to them and these pages are not addressed to them.
Nothing here is directed at children, no page collects anything from a reader of any age, and no advertising network is given an audience from these files to build a profile with.
If you believe a child has sent information to either address, write to [email protected] and it will be removed.
Changes to this RetraBurn privacy policy
How a change to this page is signalled, given that nothing here can email you.
This page carries a review date at the foot of it, currently September 2026. A change is made in the text itself and the date moves forward with it.
There is no mailing list here to notify, because there is no server collecting addresses. The date is therefore the mechanism: a reader who wants to know whether anything has changed compares it with the one they saw last.
Questions about any of the above go to [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
