The checkout confirms, and that confirmation is the contract

An order is accepted when the checkout confirms it and issues an order ID, not when a button is pressed here. Until that confirmation exists there is no order to cancel, refund or trace.

Dispatch starts the clock

The guarantee runs 60 days from the date of shipment and opened bottles count. It is a purchase policy operated by this desk rather than a statement about the formula, and the difference is the point of it: a policy can be tested by using it.

Return postage is the buyer’s and outbound shipping is not refunded. Refunds are processed in three to five business days after the bottles arrive, and the card takes five to ten more.

Stock, substitution and changes to the RetraBurn product

What happens when the shelf, the formula or the artwork moves under a page.

Three things can change between the day a page is written and the day a parcel arrives, and each is handled the same way: the bottle you receive governs.

Stock. A pack that is unavailable is refused at the checkout rather than back-ordered silently. Where a payment has been taken against something that cannot be shipped, it is refunded in full without a return.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot lawfully be limited, and the 60-day guarantee sits on top of those rights rather than in place of them.
