RetraBurn at a glance: the label in six lines
RetraBurn is a liquid dietary supplement in a 1 oz / 30 ml amber dropper bottle. One serving is 1 ml, a bottle holds 30 servings, and the panel prints two amounts: chromium at 7 mcg and a proprietary blend of 15.47 mg.
Six lines that answer most of what a buyer wants before scrolling.
| What the bottle prints | Detail |
|---|---|
| Form | A liquid. A 1 oz / 30 ml amber dropper bottle, one millilitre a day, 30 servings, so one bottle is one month. |
| Serving | Shake the bottle, draw one dropperful, put it in your mouth and swallow. Nothing to measure, nothing to mix and nothing to swallow whole. |
| What the panel names | 22 entries. Chromium picolinate carries its own amount of 7 mcg; the other 21 sit inside one proprietary blend weighing 15.47 mg all together. |
| What the bottle claims | Advanced weight loss support. Dietary supplement. Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. Manufactured in an FDA registered facility. |
| What it is not | Not a medicine, not a replacement for what you eat, and not a finished formula anyone has run a trial on. |

Why do people look for a metabolism formula like RetraBurn?
People look at RetraBurn for daily metabolism support in a form that is easy to keep up. It is one dropperful a day, a bottle holds 30 servings, and the label names chromium and a blend of 21 botanicals and amino acids.
What sends someone looking, and what a daily bottle can honestly contribute.
The trigger is usually a stall rather than a crisis. The same breakfast, the same walk to work and the same trousers, and the number on the scale has not moved since spring. Then a flat hour after lunch, and a kitchen that gets visited twice between dinner and bed.
None of that is mysterious and none of it needs a diagnosis. It is the ordinary arithmetic of a body in its forties doing what it did in its twenties, and it is the reason this whole product category exists. People want something small they can do every day while the larger things get sorted out.
That is a fair thing to want, and it is worth being clear about what a bottle can contribute to it. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health has looked at the supplements sold in this category and its summary is short: the evidence behind most of them is thin, and the ones with any evidence move small numbers. Its companion page on using supplements sensibly is the more useful read, because it is about how to judge a product rather than about which one to buy.
What a formula like this one is actually for is the habit: a fixed thirty seconds in the morning that anchors the rest. The routine is the part a buyer controls, the panel is the part the label controls, and this page sets out both.
What is RetraBurn?
RetraBurn is a once-daily liquid dietary supplement in a 1 oz / 30 ml amber dropper bottle. Each 1 ml serving carries 7 mcg of chromium picolinate and a proprietary blend of 21 ingredients that weighs 15.47 mg in total.
The short version, and the one figure on this label that makes the rest readable.

RetraBurn is a once-daily liquid supplement in a 1 oz / 30 ml amber glass bottle with a rubber-bulb dropper in the cap. One serving is 1 ml, there are 30 of them in a bottle, and the suggested-use line reads: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 dropperful daily. Place in mouth and swallow.”
The front panel prints the wordmark as two words, Retra Burn, above the line “Advanced Weight Loss Support” and the words DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. The DISTRIBUTED BY block on the back names Retra Burn, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. This website is the authorised United States retail desk for it and not the maker.
The Supplement Facts panel carries 22 entries. One of them, chromium picolinate, has an amount of its own: 7 mcg, which the panel calls 20% of the Daily Value. The other 21 are grouped into a single proprietary blend with one declared weight, 15.47 mg.
That second figure is the interesting one, and printing it is to the seller's credit. The federal labelling rule for a Supplement Facts panel asks a proprietary blend to declare its total weight, and plenty of labels in this category treat that as the last word on the subject. This one prints the number clearly enough to read off the bottle, which is what makes every comparison further down this page possible at all.
One thing to square before going further. The vendor paperwork behind this desk describes the product as a capsule; the bottle in the photographs is a dropper, the suggested use says dropperful, and the seller's own graphic is headed DAILY LIQUID FORMULA. The bottle is what arrives in the box, so this site says liquid everywhere and that is the last time the word capsule appears outside a quotation.
Why buy RetraBurn from the official website?
Buy RetraBurn on the official website to get the 60-day money-back guarantee, which applies to orders placed here. Prices show at checkout, and returns go to the New York address with an authorisation from the order desk.
Six practical differences, none of them about the formula itself.
The guarantee belongs to the desk you bought from
The 60-day money-back window is a policy of this desk and the seller behind it. A bottle bought from a marketplace reseller is covered by that reseller's policy, whatever that turns out to be, and this desk cannot start a refund on an order it never took.
Free shipping above two bottles
Three and six-bottle packs ship free inside the United States. The two-bottle pack adds $9.99, which is worth folding into the per-bottle figure before comparing the three rungs of the ladder.
The lot is traceable
Bottles shipped from here carry lot RET-26/TH-2877 with certificate reference RET-2877-26-TH. Those are filing references rather than laboratory proof, and the batch page is candid about the difference and about what to check on the base of the bottle.
One payment, no rolling charge
Each pack is bought once. There is nothing to cancel later, which is the complaint people most often have about supplements sold through a funnel.
The returns address is the right one
The bottle's own distributor block gives a PO box in Utah. Returns on an order placed here go to 55 Water Street, Floor 27, New York, NY 10041, USA, after the order desk has issued an authorisation. Sending bottles to the address printed on the label is the commonest way a refund goes missing.
The panel is published here in full
The supplement facts page reproduces every row, all twenty-one blend members in the order they are printed, the other ingredients line and the footnotes, so you can hold this site against the bottle that arrives rather than taking either on trust.
How does RetraBurn work?
The label does not describe a mechanism. RetraBurn pairs chromium picolinate, a nutrient, with a blend of botanicals and amino acids, and the bottle claims support only. No trial has been run on the finished formula.
Three groups of ingredient on one panel, and three different weights of evidence.
Three different kinds of ingredient sit on this panel and they are worth separating, because what is known about each group is not the same.
The one nutrient with a number of its own: chromium
Chromium is a trace mineral with a Daily Value of 35 micrograms, and the picolinate form on this label is the one almost every trial used. It is involved in how the body handles glucose, which is why it turns up in this category at all. A meta-analysis of chromium and glycaemic control covers the research in people with type 2 diabetes, which is where most of it was done. The amount here is a nutritional one and the panel says so plainly by printing a percentage beside it.
The botanical concentrates, and what 20:1 actually means
Ten of the twenty-one blend members carry a caret on this panel, and the footnote explains it: sourced from a concentrate with a 20:1 extract equivalent. That means twenty parts of the raw leaf, root or seed were reduced to one part of the powder in the bottle. African mango carries the second mark instead, a 10:1 equivalent.
Concentration ratios are a real thing and a genuinely useful one: they are how a teaspoon of dried leaf becomes something that fits in a dropper. What they do not do is change the arithmetic of the blend total. Twenty-to-one of a small number is still a small number, which is the subject of the dosage section below.
The amino acids and the rest
Ten entries carry no extract mark at all, because they are not plant extracts: L-carnitine, L-arginine, beta alanine, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-tryptophan, GABA, raspberry ketones, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate and panax ginseng root extract. These are the ones a reader is most likely to recognise from a sports nutrition tub, and they are also the ones whose research was done in grams rather than milligrams. The dose-response analysis of thirty-seven carnitine trials is the clearest example and it is set out properly further down.
A dropper skips the step where a capsule shell has to open, so there is nothing to disintegrate before anything is absorbed. That is a real difference in how quickly something arrives. It is not a difference in how much is in the bottle, and a liquid format is not evidence about a formula either way.
RetraBurn ingredients list: what the drops contain
RetraBurn lists 22 ingredients: chromium picolinate at 7 mcg and a 15.47 mg proprietary blend of 21 botanicals and amino acids, including maca, green tea, guarana, forskohlii and L-carnitine. The blend gives one total weight and no single amounts.
Twenty-two entries, eleven set out in full and eleven summarised, each with the research that actually exists on it.
Twenty-two entries, one of them with an amount of its own and 21 sharing 15.47 mg. Below, what each of the main ones is and what the published research on it found. The dose each trial used is set beside the label’s figures in the dosage section.
Chromium
as chromium picolinate7 mcgThe only row on this panel with its own number, and the arithmetic checks: 7 micrograms is 20 per cent of the 35-microgram Daily Value exactly. The Cochrane review of chromium picolinate pooled the trials in overweight and obese adults and found a difference it described as of debatable clinical relevance, on low-quality evidence. A later dose-response meta-analysis in type 2 diabetes looked at body composition specifically. Both worked at doses far above this one, which is what the dosage section is for.
Green Tea Leaf Extract
20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendThe best-studied plant on this panel and the one with the most plausible mechanism. A meta-analysis of EGCG and energy expenditure found effects on the respiratory quotient reported from 300 mg of EGCG upward, and a 2024 review of green tea catechin alongside exercise asked the more practical question of whether it adds anything to training. Green tea extract also has a safety literature worth knowing about, covered in the side effects page and in the safety section below.
Forskohlii Root Extract
Coleus forskohlii, 20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendThe ingredient that carries the sharpest number in this comparison. Godard's 2005 trial in overweight and obese men gave 250 mg of a 10 per cent forskolin extract twice a day for twelve weeks, so 500 mg of extract daily, and that is the figure quoted everywhere forskolin is sold. A 2026 twelve-week trial of a branded preparation is the most recent work on it.
African Mango Seed Extract
Irvingia gabonensis, 10:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendThe one ingredient on this panel carrying the second extract mark rather than the caret. Its evidence base is small and has been reviewed twice: a 2020 meta-analysis of anthropometric and cardiovascular outcomes and, earlier, a systematic review that declined to recommend it on the strength of what it found. The broader meta-analysis of herbal medicines puts the whole category in context.
Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Extract
20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendThe plant whose leaves famously flatten the taste of sugar for a few minutes after chewing them, which is why it turns up in formulas grouped around cravings. The human work is on glucose handling rather than on appetite: a randomised trial in adults with impaired glucose tolerance used 300 mg twice daily. That is 600 mg a day of a single ingredient, against a blend total here of 15.47 mg for twenty-one of them.
Guarana Seed Extract
Paullinia cupana, 20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendA caffeine-bearing seed, and the only source of caffeine anywhere on this panel. The meta-analysis of guarana and cognitive performance is unusually helpful because it states the range its trials used: 37.5 to 500 mg of guarana, carrying 4.3 to 100 mg of caffeine. A 2024 cycling time-trial study compared it against low-dose caffeine directly. At the amounts possible inside this blend, nobody should expect to feel it the way they feel a coffee.
Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract
Capsicum annuum, 20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendThe heat compound in chilli, studied for exactly the reason it is on this label. A meta-analysis of capsaicinoids and thermogenesis in healthy adults and an earlier meta-analysis of capsaicin and capsiate are the two summaries worth reading. Neither abstract read for this page stated the milligrams its trials used, so no figure for cayenne appears in the dosage table.
L-Carnitine HCl
amino acid derivativein the 15.47 mg blendThe most thoroughly quantified ingredient in this blend, which makes it the clearest comparison available. A systematic review of thirty-seven randomised trials with dose-response analysis put the maximum effect at 2,000 mg a day, and an umbrella meta-analysis of obesity indices pooled the pooled analyses. Two thousand milligrams is roughly one hundred and thirty times the declared weight of this entire blend.
Maca Root Extract
Lepidium meyenii, 20:1 concentratein the 15.47 mg blendA Peruvian root with three separate systematic reviews behind it, none of them about metabolism: menopausal symptoms, sexual function and semen quality. It is a reasonable thing to put in a daily formula and an odd thing to put in this one, and none of the abstracts read for this page stated a dose, so maca carries no figure in the dosage table.
Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate
a licorice compoundin the 15.47 mg blendWorth knowing about by name, because it is the one entry here with a well-documented physiological effect at sustained intake. A 2026 review of licorice-induced pseudohyperaldosteronism sets out the mechanism, and ten years of French poison-centre reports show what it looks like in practice. NCCIH's page on licorice root is the plain-language version. The amount possible inside a 15.47 mg blend is small; it belongs in the safety section rather than here.
Raspberry Ketones
no extract markin the 15.47 mg blendThe one ingredient on this panel for which this desk makes no claim of any kind, because there is nothing to make one from. A search for a single-ingredient human trial returned none. What exists is a mouse study that failed to reduce adiposity beyond the effect of eating less and a trial of a multi-ingredient supplement that contained it alongside several other things. Both are cited here as exactly what they are.
The other eleven, in the order the panel prints them. Each one is a real ingredient with a real literature, and each one shares the same blend total.
| Blend member | Extract mark | What the research on it is about |
|---|---|---|
| Grape Seed Extract | 20:1 | A dose-response meta-analysis and sixteen pooled trials on flow-mediated dilation and blood pressure, not on metabolism. |
| Eleuthero Root Extract | 20:1 | A randomised trial on oedema and lymphatic function and one on alcohol hangover. A small, scattered human literature. |
| Astragalus Root Extract | 20:1 | A trial in resistance-trained adults found it moved inflammatory markers without improving muscle function. |
| Grapefruit Seed | 20:1 | Not grapefruit juice, and the famous drug interaction belongs to the juice. Analytical work on commercial grapefruit seed extract found synthetic preservatives in the products tested. |
| Ginseng Root Extract | no mark | A meta-analysis of cardiovascular biomarkers, a dose-response analysis of blood lipids, and the NCCIH summary. |
| L-glutamine | no mark | The pilot that changed gut bacteria in overweight adults used 30 grams a day for two weeks. |
| L-Tyrosine | no mark | A review of tyrosine under stress and cognitive load, a cold-exposure trial that dosed by body weight and a randomised trial of response inhibition. |
| L-Arginine | no mark | A dose-response meta-analysis of blood pressure found the effective amount to be 4 grams a day and upward. |
| Beta Alanine | no mark | A GRADE-assessed meta-analysis of body composition found no effect in either dose group; a separate meta-analysis covers maximal-intensity exercise. |
| GABA | no mark | A 2026 review of oral GABA as a functional nutrient is candid about how thin the human evidence is. |
| L-Tryptophan | no mark | A review of the impurities behind eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome is why the source of a tryptophan ingredient matters more than the amount. |
Extract marks are the panel’s own footnotes: a caret for a 20:1 concentrate and a second mark for the 10:1 African mango. Ten entries carry neither, because they are amino acids and other compounds rather than plant concentrates.
Beneath the panel the label prints water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol, citrus extract. That is a water base, two sweeteners, a flavouring, a preservative and a citrus extract. It is why a dropperful goes down without a chaser, and it is the whole of what is in the bottle besides the twenty-two entries above.
RetraBurn Supplement Facts: what the label prints
The RetraBurn Supplement Facts panel lists a 1 ml serving, 30 servings per bottle, 0 calories, chromium at 7 mcg (20% of the Daily Value) and a proprietary blend of 15.47 mg. Other ingredients are water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol and citrus extract.

The seller's own INSIDE RETRABURN graphic features six ingredients: Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate), Maca Root Extract, African Mango Seed Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Guarana Seed Extract, Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract. The printed panel names twenty-two. The graphic is a summary written for a shopper and the panel is the legal list, which is why the panel is the one reproduced above and the one this site works from.
RetraBurn dosage: how is it dosed?
RetraBurn is dosed at one 1 ml dropperful a day. The whole 15.47 mg blend is far below the amounts the published trials used for single ingredients, and chromium at 7 mcg is below the 200 to 1,000 mcg pooled in the Cochrane review.
The label’s own figures, set against the amounts the trials actually used.
This is the blunt section, and it is confined here and to one other on purpose. Everything above is what the bottle contains. This is how those amounts compare with the amounts the published research used.
The comparison does not need the blend broken down, which is the useful part. 15.47 mg is the declared weight of all 21 of them together, so it is a ceiling: whatever the split, no single one of them can be larger than that. Even reading it as generously as arithmetic allows, the figures below hold.
Four things come out of that table, and they do not all point the same way.
The chromium row is honest and it is small. Seven micrograms is exactly 20 per cent of the Daily Value and the panel says so. It is a nutritional amount, which is a perfectly respectable thing for a label to carry. It is about one twenty-eighth of the smallest dose the Cochrane review assessed, so nobody should read it as the weight-management dose those trials were testing.
The gap on the botanicals is wide and it is arithmetic, not opinion. The forskolin trial used 500 mg of extract a day. The gymnema trial used 600 mg a day. The whole blend on this label weighs 15.47 mg and twenty-one ingredients share it. A 20:1 concentrate multiplies the raw material behind a given weight; it does not multiply the weight.
The amino acids are the sharpest case, because their trials were run in grams. Four grams a day of arginine is where blood pressure moved. Six grams a day is where the beta alanine trials split. Thirty grams a day was the glutamine pilot. Tyrosine was dosed at 150 mg per kilogram of body weight, which is around ten grams for a seventy-kilogram adult. The blend they all share is fifteen milligrams.
And eleven of the twenty-two carry no figure here at all. Maca, african mango, grape seed, eleuthero, astragalus, panax ginseng, cayenne pepper, grapefruit seed, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, gaba and L-tryptophan each have real reviews behind them, and none of the abstracts read while this page was written stated the milligrams the trials used. A remembered number is worse than an empty column, so the column stays empty.
One number does the work of this whole section: 15.47 mg, shared twenty-one ways. Set it beside 500 mg of forskolin extract, 600 mg of gymnema, 2,000 mg of carnitine or four grams of arginine and the comparison is not close. What the seller deserves credit for is printing the figure at all, which is what makes this paragraph possible.
What does the RetraBurn label actually claim?
The RetraBurn bottle prints four lines: Advanced Weight Loss Support with an asterisk, Dietary Supplement, Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, and made in an FDA registered facility. These are statements, not approvals.
The four lines the bottle prints, and the five headings the seller organises them under.
Four lines, and this desk does not add to them. Everything else you will read about this product, here or anywhere, sits underneath them.
- “Advanced weight loss support, with an asterisk tying it to the FDA statement”
- “Dietary supplement”
- “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients”
- “This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility”
Those are structure and function statements, which is the only kind a dietary supplement may make, and the front panel ties the first of them to the FDA line with an asterisk. The seller's information site groups the formula around five words, and those five are worth showing for what they are: how the range is organised on a shelf, not a list of effects.
It does not treat anything, it is not a medicine, and no trial has ever been run on this finished formula. The five words above are the seller's headings and this desk has not turned any of them into a verb. A dietary supplement is not FDA-approved, and the roundel on the pack is a statement about a factory rather than about a product. The FDA's own questions and answers on dietary supplements is the plainest source on where that line falls.
What the marks on the RetraBurn pack mean
Four marks ship on the RetraBurn pack. Two are printed on the bottle in words, one is a policy, and one, the Good Manufacturing Practice mark, arrived with the seller's artwork and has no certifying body behind it.
Four marks ship on this pack. Two are printed on the bottle in words, one is a policy, and one arrived without support.
FDA-registered facilitySupported by the label, which prints the sentence in full. Registration means the agency knows the factory exists. It is not approval, and no dietary supplement has that.
Made in the USA, globally sourcedAlso printed on the label in words, and the fuller version is the useful one: the blending happens in the United States and the ingredients come from wherever they grow.
Good Manufacturing PracticeA mark supplied in the seller's asset pack. Unlike the two above it has no supporting sentence on the label or the information site, so this desk presents it as a seller-supplied mark it has not verified.
60-day money-back guaranteeA purchase policy set by the seller. It is the most checkable thing on this row, because you can test it by asking for a refund.
Two of these marks repeat a sentence printed on the bottle and one repeats a policy this desk operates. The Good Manufacturing Practice mark does neither: it arrived with the artwork and nothing behind it names a certifying body, a certificate number or a date. Good Manufacturing Practice is a real standard about how a facility documents its process, and an unattributed mark is not evidence that a given facility meets it. Testing and quality is the page whose job is auditing all four.
Who is RetraBurn for?
RetraBurn is for adults 18 and over who want a daily liquid instead of a capsule. It is not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing women, and anyone with a known medical condition should speak to a physician first.
Plainly, including the people this is a poor fit for.
- Adults who want a small daily habit they will actually keep, and who find a dropper easier to stick to than something to swallow.
- Anyone who wants to read what they are taking. This panel prints its blend total, names all twenty-one members and marks their concentration ratios.
- People happy to judge a purchase over a month or two rather than a week, which is also how the guarantee is set.
- Anyone who cannot or will not swallow a capsule, which rules out a large part of this category before the formula is even discussed.
And who should leave it alone.
- Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or nursing. The label says so directly.
- Anyone already taking licorice in any form, or told to watch their blood pressure or potassium. The blend contains a licorice compound and those two things add up.
- Anyone with liver trouble or taking a medicine that is hard on the liver, because concentrated green tea extract has a literature there worth reading first.
- Anyone expecting a formula dosed at the amounts its research used. The dosage section above sets out exactly what the blend total allows.
- Anyone who wants a single bottle to try. The ladder starts at two, which is $158 plus shipping.
How to take RetraBurn drops, step by step
Shake well before each use, take 1 dropperful daily, place it in the mouth and swallow. A serving is 1 ml and a bottle holds 30 servings. Do not exceed the recommended dose on the label.
Six things, and the first three are printed on the bottle.
Shake the bottle first, every time
The label leads with it: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 dropperful daily. Place in mouth and swallow.” A botanical blend in a water base separates while it stands, and the first thing a dropper draws from an unshaken bottle is the top of it. Four or five seconds is enough.
One dropperful, which is one millilitre
Squeeze the bulb, let the glass tube fill, and that is the serving. There are 30 of them in a bottle, so a bottle is a month and the pack you buy is the number of months you have bought.
Into the mouth, and swallow
The label says place in mouth and swallow. It does not ask you to hold it under the tongue, so there is nothing to get wrong. Some people prefer it with a mouthful of water afterwards, which changes nothing.
Same time every day, and the morning is the easy one
There is no evidence that a particular hour works better. What helps is a fixed slot beside something you already do, because the commonest reason a two-month trial fails is that it was actually a three-week trial with gaps in it.
Keep it away from heat and light
The storage line reads: “Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.” An amber bottle is amber for that reason. A cupboard is better than a windowsill, and the bathroom shelf above a shower is the worst of the easy options.
Judge it at a month, decide inside two
The distributor puts the common wait at 4–8 weeks and the guarantee runs 60 days. Those two numbers are meant to line up, and they only do if you start the clock on day one rather than on the day you first wonder whether it is working.
What form does RetraBurn come in?
RetraBurn is liquid drops, not a capsule. The bottle is 1 oz / 30 ml of amber glass with a pipette in the cap, and the label says to take 1 dropperful daily. Some paperwork and listings wrongly say capsule.
Worth confirming before you buy, because the paperwork behind this product does not agree with the bottle.
Liquid drops in a 1 oz / 30 ml amber glass bottle with a rubber-bulb dropper. Not a capsule, not a gummy, not a tablet and not a powder to mix. One millilitre a day, 30 servings to a bottle.
The other-ingredients line explains what a dropperful tastes of. Water is the base. Stevia and xylitol are the sweeteners, natural flavours and citrus extract do the rest, and potassium sorbate is the preservative that lets a water-based product sit open on a shelf for a month. There is no alcohol and no sugar to account for.
The practical advantage of this format is the one nobody markets: it is easy to take. A dropper is faster than a glass of water and a capsule, it does not stick, and the dose is the same every time without counting anything. For a product whose whole proposition rests on doing it daily for two months, that is not a small thing.
The practical disadvantage is that liquids are less forgiving about storage than a sealed capsule, which is why the label carries a storage line at all, and that once the bottle is open you are on a clock of roughly a month by design.
How long does RetraBurn take to work?
No timeline is promised. The distributor puts the common wait at 4 to 8 weeks, and the trials behind these ingredients ran twelve to sixteen weeks. The 60-day guarantee gives room to judge it inside that window.
A slow category, and a guarantee set to roughly the right length for it.
| When | What the research on these ingredients measured | What buyers report |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Nothing was measured this early in any trial behind these ingredients. The caffeine in guarana is the only fast-acting thing on the panel and it is inside the shared blend. | Early comments are about the taste and the routine rather than about an effect. |
| Week 2–4 | The earliest point the chromium trials took a reading. Those trials ran 12 to 16 weeks and were still running here rather than reporting. | This is where the complaints cluster: wanted more in week one. |
| Week 4–8 | The window the forskolin and gymnema trials were working through, at doses far above what this blend allows. | The distributor puts the common wait at 4–8 weeks, and the three-star review in the roster below was written at day 15. |
| Week 8–12 | Where the twelve-week trials finished and reported. Past this point the literature mostly stops measuring. | Reorders cluster at the end of a second or third bottle, which is where the seller's own most-popular pack sits. |
| Past 12 weeks | No additional benefit is predicted by the trial literature, because almost none of it ran longer. | Also past the guarantee, which is the argument for starting the clock properly. |
The middle column is what the published trials measured for these ingredients at their own doses. It is not a prediction about this bottle.
Weight fluctuates by a kilogram or two across a normal week for reasons that have nothing to do with anything you took, which makes it unusually easy to misjudge in both directions. Pick one measurement, take it on the same morning each week under the same conditions, and write it down. That costs nothing and it is the only way the sixty days tell you anything.
RetraBurn Reviews: what users actually notice
RetraBurn has no independent reviews. The distributor publishes its own summary with an average of 4.4 out of 5, and that is the seller's figure. The theme that comes up is a slow start, and the once-a-day dropper is liked.
The themes in the seller's own summary, and whether the panel explains them.
The distributor's summary covers 1,257 written reviews against 5,568 orders, with 84% recommending it and an average of 4.4 out of 5. Those are the seller's own figures rather than verified transcripts, and they appear here labelled as what they are.
What comes up positively
Two themes: the once-a-day dropper and the sixty-day window. A dropper once a day is a routine people keep, and those who reorder tend to do it before the previous bottle runs out, which is the single most reliable signal in a review set like this one.
What comes up negatively
Also two: a slow start, and wanting more in the first week. That is exactly what this panel would predict. Nothing here acts quickly at these amounts, and a buyer expecting a first-week change has been set up to be disappointed by the category rather than by this particular bottle.
What are the common RetraBurn complaints?
The most common RetraBurn complaint is that nothing happened in the first week. Six complaints recur, and each is answered below with the fairest reply this desk can give. The 60-day money-back guarantee covers opened bottles.
The six that recur, each with the fairest answer this desk can give.
“Nothing happened in the first week”
Predictable from the panel and the most common complaint in the whole category. The trials behind these ingredients ran twelve to sixteen weeks and used doses this blend cannot reach. The counter is that the guarantee runs sixty days, which is long enough to find out if you start counting on day one.
“The blend is tiny and you cannot see the split”
Correct on both counts, and it is the fairest criticism of this formula. Fifteen milligrams shared twenty-one ways is a long way below every trial dose in the dosage table above. What can be said in the label's favour is that it prints the total rather than leaving a reader to guess, which is how the criticism became possible.
“The seller's own copy calls it a capsule”
It does, in the review summary this desk was given, and the bottle is a dropper. That is a paperwork error rather than a product one, and the correction runs through every page here. If a capsule is what you were expecting, this is not that.
“It is three different names”
RetraBurn on the paperwork, Retra Burn on the bottle, Retra Burn Pro on the seller's own page title. One product, three spellings, which is untidy and is worth knowing before you search for reviews. This site uses RetraBurn throughout.
“The label gives a Utah address and returns go to New York”
Also true. The bottle's distributor block is a PO box in Ogden and the desk that shipped your order is in New York. Call for an authorisation and use the address you are given; posting bottles to the box on the label is how a refund stalls.
“Only available online, and the ladder starts at two bottles”
True, and the second half is the one that costs a buyer something. There is no single-bottle tier, so trying it is a $158 decision plus $9.99 shipping rather than a $79 one. The guarantee is what makes that survivable, and it is the reason to read the refund steps before ordering rather than after.
How does RetraBurn compare to other metabolism supplements?
RetraBurn is liquid drops with 22 ingredients and one printed blend total. A chromium picolinate single or a green tea extract single has one ingredient and one number, usually in a capsule or tablet.
Against the two things someone considering this would otherwise buy.
| RetraBurn | A chromium picolinate single | A green tea extract single | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you know about the dose | One printed amount and one printed blend total | One ingredient, one number, usually 200 to 500 mcg | One ingredient, one number, usually standardised to EGCG |
| Ingredients | 22 across three groups | 1 | 1 |
| Format | Liquid drops, one dropperful a day | Capsule or tablet | Capsule |
| Best evidence behind it | The chromium row, at a nutritional amount | The Cochrane review, which called the difference of debatable clinical relevance | The energy-expenditure work, which reported effects from 300 mg of EGCG |
| Typical cost a month | $49–$79 | Usually $5–$15 | Usually $10–$25 |
| The honest trade | Breadth, a printed blend total and a format people keep to, at amounts far below the trials | Certainty about one ingredient whose pooled result is small | The strongest single mechanism here, and a liver literature to read first |
A comparison of approaches rather than of brands. The two on the right are things anyone can buy without this website, and naming them is more useful than pretending there are no alternatives.
The case for a formula like this one is that it covers a lot of ground in one dropper, prints its blend total and is genuinely easy to take every day. The case against is that breadth was bought at amounts none of the research would recognise. Which matters more depends on whether you want one ingredient at a studied dose or a daily routine you will actually keep.
How much does RetraBurn cost? Price and packs

Prices as printed by the seller on 19 September 2026. The checkout shows the current price. A struck figure is the seller’s own comparison total — the pack price plus the saving printed beside it, which works out at $179 a bottle and is not a price anyone paid. The two-bottle pack carries no such figure, so none is shown. Each pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.
There is no single-bottle tier on this ladder, so the cheapest way in is two bottles at $158 plus $9.99 shipping. That is worth knowing before the per-bottle figures start doing their work: the two-bottle pack is the only one that pays for shipping, which widens the real gap between it and the three-pack beyond what the sticker suggests.
RetraBurn cost per day, and which pack to choose
Each RetraBurn bottle covers 30 days at one dropperful a day, so a pack covers a multiple of that. Divide the pack price by the days it covers to get the cost per day, and note the two-bottle pack is the only one that pays shipping.
The same three packs as a daily figure, which is the honest way to compare them.
| Pack | Total | A bottle | A day | Covers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Bottles | $158 | $79 | $2.63 | 60 days |
| 3 Bottles | $207 | $69 | $2.30 | 90 days |
| 6 Bottles | $294 | $49 | $1.63 | 180 days |
One dropperful a day, thirty servings a bottle, so a bottle is a month. Shipping is not in the day rate; the two-bottle pack adds $9.99.
The three-bottle pack is the one this desk would point at, and the reason is the guarantee rather than the discount. Ninety days covers the sixty-day window twice over and it ships free, so the decision is made with room to spare. Two bottles is the honest minimum for finding out whether the routine suits you. Six bottles is the cheapest per day by some distance and only makes sense once you already know that, because the 60-day window does not stretch to cover six months.
Is RetraBurn safe? Side effects and interactions
RetraBurn is made for healthy adults 18 and over. Two blend members are worth naming: monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, a licorice compound that affects blood pressure and potassium, and green tea leaf extract. Ask your doctor first if you take prescription drugs.
Three named compounds and one general point, rather than a list of warnings.
For a healthy adult these are ingredients with long records of ordinary use, and the amounts on this panel are small. Three specific points are worth knowing, and the first two are about named compounds rather than about the formula in general.
The licorice compound, and why it is named here
Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate is a licorice derivative. Sustained licorice intake raises blood pressure and lowers potassium through a well-described mechanism, set out in a 2026 review and visible in a decade of French poison-centre reports. The LactMed entry covers pregnancy and nursing, which the label already rules out. The amount possible inside a 15.47 mg blend is small; the point is that licorice adds up across everything you take, so it is worth counting.
Green tea extract and the liver
Concentrated green tea extract, as distinct from tea you drink, has a documented liver-injury literature. The LiverTox chapter is the standard reference and a 2024 estimate of US exposure to hepatotoxic botanicals puts the scale of use in context. NCCIH's page is the plain-language summary. Again the amount here is inside a shared blend; again it is worth knowing which bottle on your shelf contains it.
Caffeine, and how much of it there can be
Guarana is the only caffeine-bearing entry on this panel, and it sits inside the blend. The pooled trials used 37.5 to 500 mg of guarana carrying 4.3 to 100 mg of caffeine, which is a useful yardstick: the top of that range is roughly one cup of coffee. Whatever share of 15.47 mg the guarana takes, the caffeine in a serving is a fraction of a cup and should not be expected to keep anyone awake.
A small blend is a small blend
The other side of the dosage section deserves stating once here, because it cuts the other way. Amounts this far below the researched doses are also amounts unlikely to cause the effects those doses produce, good or otherwise. What a proprietary blend cannot tell you is the split, which is why the named compounds above are named rather than averaged away.
“Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18, or by pregnant or nursing women. Individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.”
Products sold for weight management are the category the FDA most often finds adulterated with undeclared drug ingredients. An assessment of the agency's tainted supplements database covers 2007 to 2021 and a JAMA Network Open analysis of FDA warnings reports the same pattern. Nothing in that literature names this product. It is the reason a published panel, a traceable lot and a working phone number are worth more in this category than in most.
RetraBurn pros and cons
RetraBurn's pros are a printed blend total of 15.47 mg, all 21 blend members named in order, exact chromium arithmetic, an easy dropper format and a 60-day window. Its main con is that single amounts for the 21 blend members are not published.
Both columns, without weighting either one.
What works well
- The blend total is printed. 15.47 mg is on the bottle in a size you can read, and a great many labels in this category stop short of that.
- All twenty-one blend members are named, in order, with their concentration ratios marked and footnoted.
- The chromium row is exact and the arithmetic checks: 7 mcg is 20 per cent of the 35-microgram Daily Value.
- A dropper once a day is the easiest format in this category to keep to, and it suits anyone who cannot swallow a capsule.
- Free US shipping on three and six bottles, a one-time payment and no subscription.
- A 60-day window, a traceable lot, and an order desk that answers a telephone.
What could be better
- Twenty-one ingredients share 15.47 mg, which is far below every trial dose in the comparison table above.
- The split between those twenty-one is a proprietary blend, so no single ingredient can be sized from the label.
- Chromium at 7 mcg is about one twenty-eighth of the smallest dose the Cochrane review assessed.
- Raspberry ketones have no single-ingredient human trial at all, so nothing can honestly be said for them.
- The pack's Good Manufacturing Practice mark arrived without a certifying body, a number or a date.
- No single bottle, so the entry point is $158 plus $9.99 shipping.
Final verdict: is RetraBurn worth considering?
This desk scores RetraBurn 3.6 out of 5 for label transparency. It earns that by printing the blend total, naming all 21 blend members and getting the chromium arithmetic right, and loses points because single amounts are not published.
A score for what this label tells you, with the reasoning attached.
On transparency this desk scores RetraBurn 3.6 out of 5, and the reasoning is worth showing rather than asserting. It earns the score by printing its blend total, by naming all twenty-one members in order, by marking the concentration ratio on each one, and by getting the chromium arithmetic exactly right. Very little in this category does all four.
It loses the rest on one thing, and it is the thing that matters most: the amounts. Fifteen milligrams shared twenty-one ways is not the dose any of the research used, and the blend structure means no buyer can work out the split. A label this forthcoming about everything else could have been forthcoming about that too.
Who it suits: someone who wants an easy daily routine, wants to read what is in it, and is going to judge it over two months with the guarantee in hand. Who it does not: anyone who wants a named ingredient at the amount its trials used, and anyone who needs a single bottle to try first.
The distributor's own figure is 4.4 out of 5 from 1,257 reviews. Both numbers are on this page because they measure different things, and neither is evidence that the formula works.
Is RetraBurn legit, or a scam? Is it for sale here?
RetraBurn is not a scam on the evidence we have. It has a printed label with 22 entries, a named distributor address, a one-time payment with no subscription and a 60-day money-back guarantee. It is sold here by the USA Authorized RetraBurn Retailer.
Asked plainly, because people search for it plainly.
RetraBurn is for sale here through the official checkout, and this desk is the authorised United States retailer for it. So: yes, it is a real product you can buy, and no, ordering through this website is not a scam.
The more useful question is what prompts people to ask, and in this case there are three answers. The funnel format, which is a marketing style rather than evidence of anything. The three spellings of the name, which is untidy paperwork. And the paperwork that calls a dropper a capsule, which is the one that would worry a careful buyer most and which is corrected on every page here.
The fair criticisms of this product are about the amounts rather than the transaction, and they are set out at length in the dosage section and the critique rather than buried.
What would be a scam: an invented laboratory certificate, a fabricated media endorsement, or a claim that these drops treat a condition. None of the three appears on this website. The seller's asset pack did ship one manufacturing mark with nothing behind it, and this desk has labelled it rather than displayed it quietly.
Where to Buy RetraBurn Drops
Buy RetraBurn through the official checkout on this website. Theretraburn is the USA Authorized RetraBurn Retailer, and the 60-day refund window applies to orders placed here. Packs start at two bottles, from $49 a bottle on the six-pack.
One channel, and what changes if you use another.
Through the official checkout on this website. USA Authorized RetraBurn Retailer is the role this desk holds, and the refund window described on this page applies to orders placed here.
Marketplace listings are a different proposition. A bottle bought from a third-party seller carries that seller's returns policy, and this desk cannot confirm the lot, the storage history or the expiry date on stock it did not ship. That matters more on a liquid than on a capsule, because a water-based product that has spent a summer somewhere warm is not the product that left the facility. The batch page covers what to check on the bottom of a bottle when it arrives.

What do RetraBurn reviews say?
The distributor supplies eight named buyers and three distinct comments rather than independent testimonials, so we show them as seller-supplied. The themes are a slow start in the first weeks and an easy once-a-day dropper.
Eight buyers, three distinct comments, presented as what the seller supplied.
The distributor supplies a roster rather than individual testimonials: eight named buyers and three distinct comments between them. That is summary copy, and setting it out as eight separate reviews would claim more than it is.

Supplied by the distributor as summary copy. Not verified transcripts, and not evidence that the product works. The three-star entry is reproduced in full rather than left out.
The three recurring lines, verbatim: “Daily capsule.” (Bill, 47); “Wait past week two.” (Leon, 39); “Desk answered.” (Mark, 42). The first of those is the seller's own wording and it describes a capsule, which this product is not.
Does RetraBurn have a money-back guarantee?
Yes. RetraBurn has a 60-day money-back guarantee that counts from shipment, and opened bottles count. Call the order desk with your order ID, ask for the return address and post the bottles back tracked at your own cost.
60 days, and the five steps that claim it.
Yes. 60 days, on every pack, opened bottles included, counted from the day the order ships. The process, in the order it happens:
Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.
Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
This matters more on this product than on most: the bottle's own DISTRIBUTED BY block gives a Utah PO box, and that is not where a return goes. The desk's address is in New York.
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A parcel with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls.
Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer's. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.
Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card
Two separate waits, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to the desk.
Return postage is the buyer's cost, so send it tracked. And the refund arrives in two stages: three to five business days for the desk to process it, then five to ten more before the bank posts it. The second wait is not the desk's to shorten.

RetraBurn FAQ: reviews, ingredients, side effects and price
These are the questions people ask most about RetraBurn: what it is, the ingredients, how to take it, reviews, side effects, price and FDA status. Each answer comes from the label and the official website.
What is RetraBurn?
RetraBurn is a once-daily liquid dietary supplement in a 1 oz / 30 ml amber dropper bottle. One serving is 1 ml and there are 30 in a bottle. The panel names 22 entries: chromium picolinate at 7 mcg and a proprietary blend of 21 weighing 15.47 mg.
How do I take RetraBurn drops?
Shake well before each use. Take 1 dropperful daily. Place in mouth and swallow. Shaking first matters because a botanical blend in a water base separates while it stands. Do not exceed the recommended dose on the label.
What are the RetraBurn ingredients?
The panel names 22 entries. Chromium as chromium picolinate is 7 mcg. The other 21 sit in one proprietary blend of 15.47 mg, including maca, African mango, grape seed, guarana, green tea, forskohlii, L-carnitine and GABA. No single amounts are published.
Does RetraBurn work, and how long does it take?
Nobody can promise that, and this desk will not. No trial has been run on the finished formula, and the panel amounts are far below those used for single ingredients. The distributor puts the usual wait at 4 to 8 weeks, so judge it inside the 60-day guarantee.
Does RetraBurn have side effects?
The panel has two entries worth knowing about. Guarana seed extract brings a small amount of caffeine, and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate is a licorice compound that interacts with blood pressure and potassium. If you take prescription drugs, ask your prescriber before you start.
Who should not take RetraBurn?
RetraBurn is not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or nursing women. Anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and ask your prescriber first if you take medicine.
What do RetraBurn reviews say?
The distributor publishes its own score of 4.4, which is the seller's figure rather than an independent one. One complaint that comes up is a slow start: three of its eight published reviewers say so. The distributor puts the usual wait at 4 to 8 weeks.
How much does RetraBurn cost and where do I buy it?
RetraBurn is sold in packs through the official checkout on this website. Two bottles cost $158 plus $9.99 shipping, three cost $207 with free shipping, and six cost $294. Each pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.
Is RetraBurn legit?
You can check it against the facts. The label lists 22 entries with chromium picolinate at 7 mcg and a 15.47 mg blend, and the distributor block reads Retra Burn, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. Orders on the official checkout here carry a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Does RetraBurn have a money-back guarantee?
Yes. RetraBurn has a 60-day money-back guarantee that counts from shipment, and opened bottles count. Call +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID, ask for a return authorisation and the return address, then post the bottles back tracked at your own cost.
Is RetraBurn FDA approved?
No. Dietary supplements like RetraBurn are not approved by the FDA. The pack carries an FDA-registered-facility roundel and a made-in-the-USA seal, and both repeat sentences printed on the bottle. Registration means the agency knows the factory exists, not that it approved the formula.
Are RetraBurn drops a capsule or a liquid?
A liquid. The bottle is a dropper, the suggested-use line reads take 1 dropperful daily, place in mouth and swallow, and the seller's own graphic is headed DAILY LIQUID FORMULA. Some paperwork says capsule, but the bottle is what arrives in the box.
Is RetraBurn a subscription, and what do the packs cost?
RetraBurn comes in three packs: two bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping, three for $207 and six for $294. Each pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.
How many servings are in one RetraBurn bottle?
A bottle holds 30 servings. One serving is 1 ml, taken as one dropperful daily, so a bottle covers 30 days of the daily amount on the label.
